RiteVia Incharge is a free Windows application access control tool that lets an admin (e.g., a parent or supervisor) locally or remotely control what applications can be used and when and how long each application can be used. In addition, it provides Internet access control functions to control what websites can be accessed, what applications are allowed to access the Internet, and how long the Internet can be accessed each day. It can also dynamically detect and block proxy servers. An admin can locally or remotely view a user's current or history access data, including event logs, keyboard and mouse access statistical diagrams, keystrokes, Internet access logs, and screenshots. RiteVia Incharge runs on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
